Foremost Care provides compassionate, person-centered support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors, and others who need assistance to live safely and independently. Our services include Community Living Supports (CLS), Community Integration Support Services (CISS), Personal Assistance, Companion Care, Respite Care, Transportation, Life Skills Development, and Family Support throughout Middle Tennessee.

DSPs are caregivers who support people with disabilities with daily living, independence, and community participation.

Private-pay services allow individuals and families to arrange care directly without waiting for Medicaid approval or insurance authorization. Services are tailored to each person’s needs, preferences, schedule, and daily routine.
Personal Assistance
Respectful assistance with everyday activities, including:
- Bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Toileting and personal hygiene

Companion Care

Transportation and Community Support
